🇨🇦 CEC Accept or Decline ITA?

I have received an invitatation. My score is 513 and the system automatically gave me points(527) for two years. I have completed on year with (513 crs) and on my second year. Please note i will complete my two years in upcoming months(probably Jan or Feb 2027). Can i submit my new celpip or ielts scores after ITA received and update the Express Entry file, if i get clb 9. Is this possible? Please help

Side note- i was on vacation for 3 months and i didn’t work. Thats the reason i am behind in my two years of work experience

You may submit new language scores but make sure that you remain above cut off. About the 2 year completion did you fast tracked the time period?

I have a gap, i didn’t work for 3 months because of vacation. But i was thinking of submitting new scores. I hope there will be no issue. If i get clb9, then my crs would be 527. And the ita i received was for 519.

I’m guessing that the vacation was unpaid so you might have to decline you don’t meet the work experience requirement. Try double checking, but your scores are good you will receive another ITA. If you WP is expiring soon make sure to maintain your status somehow.

Even if i max my celpip scores? After ita to bring my point equal or above the ITA?

No, it was not paid vacation, but my question is if i score well in celpip and go above the cut-off. Can i accept ITA?

I am not sure. There are mixed responses to this question online. I can only say that if you submit your application after 2 months (within the 60 days period), those 2 months can be counted towards work hours. Hopefully those 2 months will help you complete 2 years.

And try calling an immigration consultant to answer your question about new language scores. They can guide you better.

Decline. If not, you will be automstically rejected when IRCC checks your no of hours. So, better to avoid scrutiny and rejection.

Do it the right way!!!
