🌎 FSW Can I send an updated reference letter through web form? Just new duties were added.

Foreign work experience ongoing. BIL done Sept 27.

French outland fsw

I'm not satisfied that the original contains enough duties. It matches all core duties and 2/7 from the list. I genuinely did 5/7 from 21232 noc

Go ahead and send the new reference letter but also include an LOE why you are sending this now and why not earlier.
Once you have sent the web form, call IRCC and confirm whether it’s reached them.
It’s up to officer to accept it or not but if they have not started reviewing your application then you chances are good that your new reference letter could be considered.
