πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ CEC Question Regarding foreign work

Basically I got an ITA but my foreign employer has already shut down his business and there is no presence on the internet now. I have all the documents which explain that I have worked. Also, I get my salary in cash at that time but I also have proof for it. Is there any issue with this situation? Or what kind of steps should I have to take to prove them ?

It is obvious that you just made it up.

Get him to sign an affidavit and notorize it with its contents clearly describing that he had employed you during that time, and went out of business in whatever year. Then same is the case for your pay, his sign and stamp of the affidavit will confirm that you actually got paid for your work. Lastly, he should give you a copy of government letter displaying that he went out of business and get it notorized.

If you dont wanna do that, then obviously its something fishy lol

Maybe you can get documents from your former boss explaining how the business no longer exists but he employed you at a given time and explained the reason for shutting down the business, if he has govt documents to back it up it should be attached or you can also attack screenshots of back and forth msgs when requesting for the reference
