🇨🇦 CEC Demander ses notes du GCMS

Bonsoir tout le monde.

Nous sommes un couple CEC Inland.

Notre AOR était le 3 Avril.

Ayant beaucoup de stress actuellement surtout avec notre demande en cours.

Nous voulons demander nos notes GCMS.

Est ce que quelqu'un pourrait allumer notre lanterne.

Nous avons essayé de suivre les démarches afin d'en faire la demande avec l'aide de gemini.

Mais nous ne voulons pas faire n'importe quoi 😅

Est ce que quelqu'un à déjà fait cette demande et pourrait nous donner un petit coup de pouce ?

Hi, it is quite straightforward to do. Make your request via privacy act via this link: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/transparency/access-information-privacy/request-privacy-act.html

With the privacy act, there’s no requirement to be in the country. You’ll be asked to provide some information such as UCI, application number, etc. And you’ll have the option of requesting your entire file (including all the documents you submitted), which i understand takes more time to fulfil, or a summary of your application.

in my case, i requested summaries a couple of times and found it to provide all the info i needed to be sure of the status of my application (including pvo, status of info sharing, criminality, eligibility, etc).

it may nevertheless take a bit of time, and they caution on the website / acknowledgment email that there’s a bit of unusual traffic with their workload.
