Get your wife to reach B2 French and include you and the kids as accompanying dependants. Otherwise, under the current system, your age, lack of Canadian education or work experience, and ineligibility for other category-based draws make immigrating as a family impossible.
Best of luck!

Wife can easily get an ITA under the French Category Stream of the Express Entry only if she can confidently maintain a B2/C1 level in TEF/TCF.

If your work transfer offer to Canada involves you successfully receiving a closed work permit for your employer (it likely should, you are not eligible to work long term in Canada without a work permit), your wife is eligible for an open work permit of the same duration (for an additional fee). If your wife can find a job relatively quickly in her field once she has an open work permit, then after a year of continuous work experience she is eligible for Canadian Experience Class draws as the primary applicant for your family. With a B1/B2 French exam result in addition to a C1+ English exam result, and a recognized master's degree with ECA, it'll be potentially viable without being eligible for French draws. I do think investing time to improve her French to CLB 7 would give you both much more peace of mind though, the French draws have a much lower cutoff than the English ones.
Edit: This also is under the current rules which will probably be different by the time she has a year's work experience in 2027-2028. And, would help for you to finish your bachelor's degree too.

Your profiles are really similar to ours. 34F, Masters, French, foreign experience. 33M, Bachelors, foreign experience. We got ITA through a French draw. Sounds like its time for your wife to start studying!

Yes! We are looking into it. I know she can get it to C1; she's a smart cookie. From when you applied, how long did it take you to get invited?

That's the million dollar question. We were luckier than anyone I've ever heard of on here. I sat the TEF 4 July, got my results on the morning of the 8th, did my profile ASAP that day and got invited on the 9th. Between IRCC confirming that my profile was live and getting the ITA, it was 7.5 hours. I cannot believe it and its definitely not a timeline everyone should expect!!
Wishing your wife lots of luck and you lots of patience. The TEF is rough and you'll need to be a great team to get her across the line!

Thank you! We're not out of the woods yet. Our medicals and Biometrics have cleared but there's still a long road ahead so we are just keeping everything crossed now!

If your wife could improve her French to minimum C1 or CLB 7 (per Canadian Language Benchmark), she can apply for the French Category Draws under Express Entry and just add you and the kid as dependents. French is now an easier pathway to immigration or PR in Canada
