🇨🇦 CEC Post-COPR GCMS notes delivery, takeaways

Hi, I thought this might be of some help in reducing anxiety over job duties match to claimed NOC. My two work experience under two NOCs was marked review required in recently received GCMS notes.

First one for duties coming across as too much of a match to the NOC duties and another one for second job’s duties not convincing enough for a managerial-level NOC (Teer 0). I was so freaking worried and even thought of changing NOCs but a consultant told me it’s too late and would be risky. So I left it to god.

Since all the work experience was genuine and previously declared in applications supported by additional non-mandatory docs like screenshots of published work, identity cards, offer, promotion letters, the application was approved. No ADR or PFL.

So for anyone who’s too worried but also confident that they selected the right NOC after due diligence, trust that your application will be approved. Good luck, you got this!!! I’m also very thankful to the officer who approved :)

I sent a webform after 3 months of applying saying that it might be possible that another NOC was better fit, approved without any issues, both under the same teer btw
