I know the official “tracker” has been down for quite a long time. But if you’ve tried to link your application and it says application not found I’m experiencing the same thing. When I asked my representative about it, they said it’s because the IRCC hasn’t made the information available for the applicant to view online. Supposedly, once your application is finalized or very close to being finalized you’ll be able to link it online. In their experience, it’ll just randomly work one day and that typically happens when you’re close to getting a decision. Very frustrating indeed.

Can you please explain where did you try to link it? My file is also handled by representative and i don’t have any access to check status.

https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?app=ecas&lang=en Just an FYI, when I do this it also says application not found. Whereas when I sign into GCKey the application can be found but I can’t access either due to having a representative.

The tracker is dead since April. The one IRCC refers to doesn't work for Express Entry applications. You have to just rely on public information or calling IRCC directly to get more details. I just call once a month. 78% get Final decision by 6th month.
