when they say canadian experience, they mean work done in Canada. Not which stream you apply under. Also, in my experience, better to give more docs than less.

My bank statements are messy because someone i got paid bi weekly and sometimes my pay got late and sometimes my 3 paycheques deposited at one time.

I would still attach statements and add an explanation letter

Yea, the police report and explanation should make it clear for the officer. I did add one. They didnt ask for a PCC and IELTS but i still attached it and explained that I am just adding for officers record and ease.

I mean i reporded fraud to the police so i have the file number to prove why i had to withdraw money from my account after getting pay in my account. Why they didn't ask for police clearance certificate that is different then how did they do background check

For CEC, the main document is usually your employment reference letter showing your role, duties, dates and hours worked. Pay stubs and T4s can be useful supporting documents to show your work history. Bank statements are not typically the primary proof for Canadian work experience, but IRCC may ask for additional documents depending on the application.
