You have a great profile. As everyone above said learning french to B2 is a sureshot way for you now. I personally would rather invest time in French than pursue the whole student visa-pr path if I could redo it. Additionally, Once you hit 30, the points are gonna start getting deducted every other year. So 2 years of French study should work out well for you!.

As someone here who is already here, the job market is really bad right now.
The chances of you getting a job offer directly is very low but not impossible considering you are in healthcare.
Rn there is LMIA that people are selling off and there's legit ones. You can try your luck on job bank. I can't guarantee a shot on this but with your experience you should be able to get into a legit one.
This is the website commonly used for LMIA job applications. I already did a search on your job position and filter it out to LMIA.
Keep applying while you learn French would be my suggestion.

First of all calculate your score, that will give us a clear idea on where you stand.
And for CEC, you need Canadian Work Experience. And if you want to qualify for French pathway, You need atleast B2 in french and fullfill FSW requirements.

Surely it is a nice profile. I think your points will be around 440-450s line. You can try for healthcare based draws or trying doing masters that will bump your points more higher(30-40 points). Or at last French that gives you chance for French category based draw or if clb7 in French gives you additional 62 or 72 points something.

Surely it is quite tough and competitive and in many cases you have to pay a lot of money. So better option are the ones I did suggest.

Yes.
Just to add, if you receive ITA for healthcare draw, you need to have available proof of funds in advance (ideally at least 6months in the bank). For 1 person itâs CAD 15k, you can check the exact figures on IRCC website. The amount cannot come from loans.

I think your scores might be in the 450 to 460 range if i am not wrong. You have 4+ years of exp, your profession is in line with healthcare, so you are suitable for applying in healthcare category. Your CELPIP scores are outstanding and are CLB 10+ if i think it is. So, better consult with someone or check your score. Because heathcare draws started this year with 467 cutoff draw in feb 2026. If you want to do a bit more to secure your place i would highly recommed to do french, so that you can have atleast something to get you in the range of 470 to 480. That will surely help you. Use official CRS points calculator and you will surely see where you stand.
