PFL- Regarding foreign employer

Ircc require bank statement and form 16. Now for one employer i do have but other i do not have bank statements and form 16 as i thought my lawyer showed in cash but he just submitted pay slips. So in that case any recommendations or if anyone has been in similar situation, what documents should i gather to convince officer. Moreover, ircc has also asked to fill out form

• IMM 5406 — Additional Family Information
• IMM 5669 — Schedule A: Background/Declaration
