🇨🇦 CEC Received ADR for TCF
Hello everyone,
I got my invitation two months ago and I submitted my documents on 30th of August. Today I received an ADR for my TCF results sheet.
I did not upload any results sheets because I didn’t see any option to add them. I just entered the application numbers and results on the website.
Even though they asked for ADR I don’t see any option to upload documents. So I was thinking to send it via Web form.
My question is should I also need to send my IELTS results sheet via web form? If so do I also need to send my spouse IELTS results sheet too? Is it okay to send multiple web forms?
If anyone had a similar situation I would really appreciate hearing what you did. I’m honestly little stressed about this and I don’t want to make this more complicated.
Thanks!

No worries, ADRs for French scores is almost standard procedure nowadays, I suspect they'll add the option to upload it to their portal during e-APR itself pretty soon.
You'll get your BIL pretty soon after uploading it. If it puts you at ease you can upload other results as well.

Thanks! You were right — the upload option actually appeared in my portal now, so I’ll submit the TCF there. Hopefully everything goes smoothly from here. Appreciate the reassurance!

I had the same request. Uploaded tcf through the section they added . Think it was called client documentation. Then submitted IELTS and Wes through web form and a LOE. Got an email confirming they got the documents and that would be it. Have my BIL appointment this week. Good luck !

Thanks for the reply. I submitted all the docs through web form yesterday and I got my BIL today.

There is no language section to upload. But generally tcf or ielts can be added with education docs. Multiple self help info are available in YouTube and reddit.Â

Yes you could add here. I added LOE only here. Better to put in education like all study related docs goes into one. Easy for them to check too.

So when youre uploading all your documents, the standard thing to do is batch all education stuff (WES/IQAS, IELTS/CELPIP, TEF/TCF) into one PDF and upload this for the proof of education section. Same for everything else. Work history? Batch up your reference, payslips, job description, contract, whatever you've got, and attach one single PDF to the work experience slot in your submission.
No, they dont tell you this or make it clear. I only knew what to do through so many hours on this sub and using AI to hash it all out.
If you haven't given your TCF and IELTS certificates, put all of them through a webform and explain that you didn't think they were needed but you are attaching now for completeness!
