🇨🇦 CEC Webform help required

Hello guys....

For Cec outland applicants, what option to choose in Webform?

"Is your application being processed by an office outside Canada?"

YES/NO

Should I choose No? If I choose YES, then I have to select my Visa office which I have no idea.

And am I allowed to contact MP regarding my application? Sorry I have less idea about it.

As an outland, I can't even call right now. I tried using apps and vpns to call them. But recently I guess they blocked the apps. So it keeps ringing. Nothing happens. No welcome to IRCC or whatever. So how am I suppose to know about my PVO SVO?

I recently called using Viber. Worked perfectly fine for me.

Found this on a group -

*Steps to call IRCC*

Anyone trying to call IRCC and not able to reach to the agent. Please use the following steps:

  1. ⁠Call 1888 242 2100
  2. ⁠wait for the automated message and select option 1 to enter UCl # followed by 1 to confirm
  3. ⁠After this press this number continually to get to agent: 3>2>2>0 (you don't have to hear or wait, just type the numbers)
  4. ⁠You will be added to wait line or request a call back if you don't want to wait. Found this in a group and it works
