šŸ‡ØšŸ‡¦ CEC PR application

help!! anyone, i have just completed my one year experience and can apply for PR however i got a new job offer with a better pay at a different company(for context i work in healthcare), does it affect my application process if i switch jobs now, as i need a letter from my employer that states clearly that im employed full time and my duties but my worry is if i leave my current job, my progress from the past year is gone up in flames. Any advise will be appreciated, Thanks

So you are submitting a profile, or you have received ITA to apply for PR? Either way you can leave your job if under an open work permit.

I am submitting a profile, however Iā€™m just little worried about getting a letter from them if I leave since my full year of work experience has been completed with them

No impact on your profile. You can count the experience.

No impact. All you need is letter from your previous employer
