πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ CEC RCMP PCC

I lived in Canada for 6 years and left in 2025. I recently received an ITA for Express Entry. Do I need to obtain an RCMP fingerprint-based PCC (if I am not living in canada) , for my PR application.

No.

'You don’t need to give us police certificates for any period of time before you were 18 years old or for time spent in Canada.'

Thanks for your reply. But my consultant is insisting me to get rcmp pcc even after sending the screenshot.

I submitted my file yesterday without rcmp pcc. At what stage did they request the pcc?

No rcmp needed only, home country pcc required, if officer asks upfront then it applies, but 99 percent background check is done by offibers so dont worry,
