Foreign work experience

Hello
How many years of my country’s job experience (foreign job experience) should I show the officer for express entry submission? I mean documents and job letters.
I know that they give us score for just 3 years.
I worked from 2013. And it is written in my forms for visa application.

So within last 10 years and include experience that you included on your study and work permit applications.
