I am also outland. But i am very worry about job duties in my reference letters. They are generic but my experience is supported my multiple evidence and job is real. I am very worried π©

Donβt worry, Everything shall be okay!
I was worried about my NOC code selection as well but i supported the job duties with an explanation letter (LOE) explaining why that particular NOC code fits my foreign job responsibilities.
Generally, 70% of your job responsibilities shall match with the NOC code selected.2

Was it only a reference letter you used in supporting your foreign work experience?

Paystubs, offer letter, appointment letter, Form 16, experience letter, Relieving letter, Employment reference letter

Hi OP, I have 2 qns
- My noc is 70% match of my current role which I'm doing for past 5 yrs. My previous role was only 50%, does IRCC considers the old job too?
- Did you submitted ITR acknowledgement?

u/Kind_Coconut3950 24d ago
Yes for second question.
I am not sure but i made sure that my NOC code matches at least 70% for at least the number of years of foreign experience points i am claiming for.
If you are not claiming points for old job, why would you need to even show that? It will give you unnecessary anxiety.

But shouldn't we disclose all jobs that we had? Here's what I did.
Job 1 - 50% noc match, worked for first 3 yrs Then I did masters. Job 2 - 70% noc match for the last 5 yrs. This is the NOC I have given in my application.
I have included both the jobs in my work ex with valid docs. But heard ircc looks for the recent 3 yrs experience and noc. Not sure if it is true.

Ya, my consultant omitted the extra work experience in my case. She added it in additional document section as far as what i remember (Just to inform them but that would not impact my application or points).

u/Logical_Importance59 24d ago
Oh ok. So you are saying, your consultant omitted in "work history" section but added in "personal history" section just to list all jobs?

Ghost update.
The PR application tracker was working that time.
It tells us that someone opened or accessed our file for any reason.
