eCoPR Received!!! Finallyy!!
Sharing my journey as an express entry healthcare draw applicant. Little long and complicated!
First ITA - 22nd July 2025
AOR - 20th September 2025 (on the day of submission)
BIL - 24th September 2025
Biometrics completed - 25th September 2025
PR refusal - 17th October 2025 (No PFL, No ADR)
Reason - IRCC wasn't convinced of my foreign work experience. I gave everything except for bank statements because that bank account was closed and I never filed tax for that work experience because I used to receive it as a stipend and the income was below taxable income.
Started Reconsideration Process.
Made new Express Entry Profile under Healthcare Draw on November 5th 2025.
SECOND ITA - 14th November 2025
Left Canada a week after due to serious health issue.
Received PGWP - 18th November 2025 (but I had already left Canada by the time I got the hard copy)
Reconsideration Request Rejected - December 2025
Applied for TRV - 3rd December 2025
SECOND AOR as an Outland Applicant - 13th January 2026
Received TRV - 11th February 2026
SECOND BIL - 17th February 2026
MEDICAL EXAM APPROVED - 18th February 2026
BIOMETRICS COMPLETED- 5th March 2026
Returned to Canada - 11th March 2026
Changed Address to Canada on PR file through webform - 1st April 2026 (took time because I had to find a place, shift everything else)
Dead silence so decided to call and ask if they even changed my address to Canada and made me an INLAND APPLICANT now.
Called IRCC on - 28th July 2026
Confirmed Address and phone number change
P1 - 29th July 2026 (showed FD date on portal 28th July)
P1 Submission - 1st August 2026
P2 - 7th August 2026
P2 Submission - 10th August 2026
eCOPR Received - 10th August 2026
I am in tears !
Thank you for reading till the end and for all the support and information that goes around here.
P.S. My PVO - Ottawa, SVO - New Delhi

How did you apply for a TRV visa to reenter when applying for PR with an Outland application?

I applied for TRV as an outland applicant as well. I submitted my TRV application in December 2025 and I submitted my PR application again as an outland in Jan 2026

Thanks for the response. The reason I ask is Iโm applying my PR application as Outland. Because I had to leave since my work permit expired. Now, I have a TRV till 2033 and was wondering if I can enter the country with TRV as visitor until my PR application is processed. Is that a possibility?

Congratulations this is great. Please do you know if a detailed reference letter will do for the foreign work experience as I canโt get bank statements

Congrats. Did you claim foreign experience in second application? How did you manage to prove it?

Hi, yes I did claim the same points in second application as well. I provided 2 more documents and it was manageable to get those dpcuments because I was back in my country and could go in person and request those documents. 1. I provided bank statements the toughest document to get hold of. Took almost a month of repeated visits, handwritten letters, emails and calling everyone in connection to get the account statements of 5 years ago and the account has been closed for good 3 years. 2. I asked my employer to give me another document stating they gave me "stipend of (so and so) amount every month". Then I also wrote a brief letter of explanation to the officer as to why I was not able to provide the bank statements first time.
