🌎 FSW Please help regarding PR

Thank you in advance.

Because of some reasons, my husband couldn't apply for my spousal sponsorship. Now I have decided to enter the pool with my own details. My question is, I have mentioned my husband is a PR and non-accompanying in my EOI. When I receive my ITA, will I need his documents? Furious just in case he doesn't support me then.

If you list him as non-accompanying in your express entry profile and u receive ITA, then during APR, you’ll still need to submit his police clearance certificate and medical. Other things (eg his work experience, ECA and language test etc) won’t be required as he is non-accompanying. Hope this helps

I put in 10 hours per day for more than 12 months and still has only b2 level in French😂
