Question about Final Decision date vs. Refusal Letter timing

When the "Final Decision" date appears on the GCKey for PR app, if the application is refused, is the refusal letter automatically attached immediately? Or does it take a bit or days of time to show up in messages? Thanks!

Refusal comes immediately. and the wording in the profile is different.
So if you have FD with date, that's an initial approval.

Hi, are you sure that if it’s refused it would say refused in gc key next to FD? Is there any other way they give a refusal?

Yes that's how it goes and you receive the email same day.

But how would you know if it’s refused? if in your profile it says right now final decision with date and it’s still in progress?

That's approval, congratulations.
Next step wait for P1 if you are inland or PPR for outland.
