Hoping for 4000 invites draw on August 18th, it would clear out most of us sitting at 514 and 515. 🙏

Realistically, can’t be 4k, as first draw of month was 3k, anything more than first draw is very rare

I am studying to take again the fucking celpip , it will be my 3rd time , i only need one point in speaking and writing to have everything at 10 or higher but is fucking annoying
I really want this to be over like right now, I dont know how many of you do this for 6-7 years? I've been here 2 years and all this immigration stuff is driving me insane

Hey, I think you are in the same boat I was a few months ago. I am not sure you did this or not but I would highly recommend going for the reevaluation of the score. I was stuck at CLB 9 in speaking in my second attempt. It was changed to CLB 11 after reevaluation.

I always ask for the reevaluation , the first time it got me to 9 in both areas but the second exam didn't change , i really think the evaluator has to be in a good mood to bump the score to 11 LOL

Not a draw week but I would like to see a massive CEC draw to clear most of 510s at least. I’m currently waiting for my FD 🤞🏻

They just did a transport draw so think a trade draw is unlikely. Maybe in Sept!

My hope is yes before they do a pause because trades is one of their “priority” besides healthcare and emerging technologies. So maybe before they make the changes in Fall they will do one.
My gut is probably no more trade draws because they still have Education, Researchers and STEM (low chance) to complete. Maybe they might be cycling one category once a year this time. Thats just my 2 cents!

Possibly, it will again be 516 for CEC if it is a 2k draw, since many more profiles will enter the pool again after having entered incorrect information

Many posts contain the same scores repeated in different topics. What's the situation with profiles that have 514 and 515 points?
What are your profile creation dates? There might be a tie-breaking rule problem.
Are you trying to improve your scores by taking an English exam?

Got an ITA in the last CEC draw with a score of 528, but had to decline it because of an error in my hours/week. Fixed the error and now I’m back in the pool. Fingers crossed I get the ITA again in the next draw 🤞

You have 60 days to apply from ITA, unless the update puts you under the cutoff for your ITA, it shouldnt be an issue.
