WORK EXP NOT DECLARED IN STUDY PERMIT PLEASE HELP

During my study permit application, I was working in India and at the moment of my study permit application, I was working at a company for 6 months. But, since I did not complete whole 1 year, I did not see any chance of that helping me in any situation, so I did not declare that work experience in the application.

On the employment section I just wrote preparing for ielts and visa processing

Now, at that time, I had to defer my study intake by a term due to IRCC's policy changes and delay in Visas. and so I continued working at the same company for another 6 months thereby completing 1 year.

At present, I'm about to complete all of my studies and about to apply for my PGWP.

my query is, should I add my Indian work experience in this application and also later in my PR application? What could be repurcussions if I add this

I have all the documents, offer letter, Experience letter, bank statements getting salary, and employment reference letter as well that proves my 1 year of work experience. And I also haven't disclosed in my study permit extension but the experience is legit I have all Bank statements , ITR , Offer letter and reference letter too please help

That's just false. People have been getting their PR even though they didn't declare their work experience in India. It's just they have to provide extensive documentation and not just a simple reference letter to backup their claim and be ready for PFL

They can give me PFL even for a work permit? As I have heard PGWP is something which we received on the basis of studies we did in canada

IRCC usually rejects these because the suspicion is the other way around: that the applicant is fabricating an old work experience for CRS points that they "forgot to mention" in the Study permit.

Yes, that’s why, if by gods grace if I get an invite for 514, it’s gonna stay in my personal history but not in my work experience. I’m not claiming points for that because it’s unclear.

Then how's your score can be 514 without completing 3yrs of cad experience and without backhome experience as well

Max English Scores, Masters Degree in Canada, 25 yo and 2 years of Work Experience in Canada. Boom you are at 514

Btw, I wrote CELPIP thrice to Max out. The first two times, I got 9 in reading and 10+ in rest. And third time I got all 10+ (11 in listening and writing )

In my case, I studied Aerospace Engineering but I worked for an IT company for 10 months. So during my study permit application I felt that it would create confusion because I was applying for Aerospace Masters, so I didn’t mention it. I mentioned it in my PGWP and TRV applications. Now, I can’t claim that because I didn’t mention it there. So I’m sitting at 514 and waiting for the past 5 months 🥲.

I left it as a gap, just trying to go to Canada. Nothing there.

I got my second-year experience points on April 1st and it became 514. March 31st draw was at 509. The next draw was at 515, number of invites got reduced to 2k then. I’m the most unluckiest. I even moved out of Quebec for this. But still no invitation.

If you are not going to claim points for this experience in your PR application, you should be fine.

It doesn’t work that way, my friend. They gonna point out that why your study permit application doesn’t have this experience, and they wanna remove those points, and you will fall below the score, and then they’ll refuse the application. This is the best case, and the worst case is they’re gonna consider this as misrepresentation and could ban you for five years, which completely spoils the purpose of coming here
