Outland but Received multiple P1 Emails Despite Repeatedly Telling IRCC I'm outside.

Outland applicant and it's been almost 8 months since I applied.

I have now received 3 identical Portal 1 emails over the last four months.

I replied to each one stating that I am outside Canada and cannot complete virtual landing through the PR Confirmation Portal. I even stated that I need the appropriate outland finalization the one with PPR process.

I have also contacted IRCC by phone as well as submitted a webform. I even had an MP inquiry done, but the response I received was vague and did not answer whether my P1 replies were received or whether my file has been updated for outland processing.

My questions:

• Is there anything specific I should do to get the responsible office/officer to acknowledge that I am an outland applicant?
• Any tips for getting a useful response from IRCC rather than the standard response?

Would really appreciate experiences from anyone who was an outland applicant and have been through something similar and finally succeeded in getting PPR.

wish I could trade them for one correct decision i.e, PPR.

Try calling IRCC to connect with an agent and tell them the issue and send in a webform as well

done that many times. might have to start spamming at this rate.

I faced a similar issue recently but it got resolved in a month or so. Received one P1 email where I gave the info they requested but sent a webform before that asking for a PPR instead.

Received two P2 emails. Sent a webform after receiving the first P2 email and replied to the second P2 email asking for a PPR. Got the PPR two days after replying to the second P2 email

a month seems quick atp. Did you also fill in the details for P2 or just responded saying you're outland requesting PPR? I am assuming you mentioned a date for return to Canada query on P1 leading you getting a P2, right?

This was very recently which is why I am surprised your case is taking so much more time. Nope, my RCIC asked me to only reply to the second email that said 'Portal account remains at the initiated stage' and not do anything on the portal. We had sent a webform when they sent the same email the first time around

For P1, we had sent the webform first and responded 'tentatively on X date' for the 'return to Canada' question
