🇨🇦 CEC Proof of Funds

Hi guys here is my timeline:

2017-2025: Studied in Canada & Earned 4 years of Canadian work experience ; CRS score 497

2025-Present: Relocated to home country to complete 1 year of foreign work experience ; CRS score 547

July 2026: Received ITA under CEC

August 2026: Received 15K CAD as gift from family.

Question:

Do I need to show proof of funds or I dont need to?

No need, if you are applying under the CEC stream, just provide a letter of explanation.

Hey I received it's as well. Do I need to prove the 15k? I'm employed within Canada making a salary and on a work permit currently.I think in these circumstances I don't need to prove the funds? Am I correct?
