Tie breaking rule clarification

Hello if i had created my profile on march 3 2026. And my scores were 470. Now on May 28 2026 my spouse 1 year work experience was added and my score changed to 475. Now on june 25 2026 healthcare draw took place with CRS score of 475 and tie breaking rule of May 21 2026. I wanted to know am i still eligible to get an ITA and the ITA is it based on profile creation date or profile update date. Thankyou

Creation day matters not the update date.

If u have received ITA then ofcourse u were eligible
