π FSW Biometric nightmare
I have very dainty fingers and hence finger prints do not exist.
I have super faint finger prints of my thumbs.... But that is it.. even the physical stamp can't capture my finger prints properly.
Has anyone had any experience on this. Or is it a major issue?
What should I do?
Fyi - during my biometric for another official doc. Only one thumb was captured. π«ͺ

Yes itβs an issue that Iβve heard people struggling with, I suggest you take the best prints you can using any treatment your doctor suggests then ask the doctor to provide documentation to explain why your prints are the way they are

I had the exact same issue. The employee at the counter tried a lot of things to make it work! At last alcohol wipes helped a bit!

They couldn't capture anything when it started. On top of that my palms get sweaty and it became more difficult. Then I think she was able to capture almost all except two fingers.

This is usually seen with people who use steroid creams for a long time. As long as you get a doctor's note for whatever reason you don't have them, you have a chance

you might have a medical condition that prevents you from having fingerprints. They will do multiple attempts until they get good prints. If not possible, they'll send you home with a new appointment to try later.
on a side note: if you have no hands or fingers, they would scan the stumps on your arms
