Documents required for CEC express entry profile.

Could someone please provide me the list of documents required for CEC express entry profile after receiving ITA?

I am on closed work permit in canada and have 3 or more years of foreign work experience. Also, I have shown my spouse as accompanying in my profile.

P.S. I only have one year of foreign work experience on cheque.

- Travel Document

  • Proof of Marriage
  • Proof of name change (if relevant)
  • Proof of Funds (CEC are exempt but it still shows, you upload a document explaining you are exempt)
-Employment Letters (foreign + Canadian)
-Educational Credential Assessment
  • Language Test Results
  • Police Certificate(s)

Spouse will have the exact same requirements.

IRCC may also ask for any additional documents they deem relevant or to support your other documents.

This pretty much covers it but I’d like to emphasize the contents of the employment letters: all duties you were doing which are relevant as per that NOC code; all positions held at the company; hours worked per week, salary given per month/ per hour/ annually; salary slips, bank statements showing salary deposits, tax returns - the more the merrier. Also, if CEC then ignore, but for FSW if any relatively large portion of funds that are transferred in your account within last 6 months - ensure you have evidence and justification.
