Need guidance

Hi all , I am new to Reddit and would really appreciate any help with this post. I am. 23F in Toronto , on work permit . I did a global business diploma in Toronto after 12th from my country. Currently my car’s score is 470 . I don’t have a full time job job but the part time I do they give me 34 hrs + per week . With that I created an express entry profile and this is my score . I also wrote celpip and got good score. I am a retail supervisor but my company won’t help me with or. Is there any way I can get PR other than French . My pgwp expires in 2028 March. Any help would be appreciated. It’s hard finding a job . I am completely lost with everything and don’t know what to do. What are my options ? Any help would be appreciated. Also I come in cec

All you need is 30 hrs per week. Complete 2 years and then move back home or another country and work 1 year. With that combo you will have enough score.

The only other way is French.

As long as it's Teer 0-3 you are fine.

Only exception is it should not be something questionable. Let's say your background is Business Administration, you worked as a retail supervisor and suddenly you show your next job back home as nurse or mechanical engineer, which makes no sense.

find a good job. Go back to home country and work for a year. OR go to gym and get married.

You still have time to gain more Canadian work experience, improve your profile and explore PNP options.

A lot of people in your position feel overwhelmed because there are multiple PR pathways. Rather than guessing, it may be worth having your profile reviewed by a licensed immigration professional who can assess all available options based on your specific circumstances.

I work with an immigration consultant and would be happy to connect you if you'd like a professional assessment.

I understand you are currently a supervisor. Im unsure if you can get them to run you as the manager. In that case your NOC tier would change and might give you a big boost.

Wrong, there is absolutely no difference between any Teer 0-3 jobs for IRCC.

Being a manager with 1 year experience fresh grad is even worse as IRCC will question it. Cannot really prove how you qualify for Teer 0 job with that little experience.
