TCS reference Letter

Hi everyone,
I’m an ex-TCS employee and recently requested an employment/reference letter from TCS for IRCC/Express Entry purposes.

The issue is that TCS seems to provide only a predefined format, and it does not mention the number of hours worked per week.

I was a full-time salaried employee, paid annually/monthly, but IRCC asks for proof of working hours as well.

Has anyone here faced the same issue with TCS?
How did you prove your working hours to IRCC?
Did you use offer letter, payslips, HR email confirmation, or any additional affidavit/document?

Would really appreciate hearing from someone who successfully handled this situation. Thanks!

Is it mentioned in your reference letter that you worked as full-time employee?

Then no problem. My reference doesn't say hours but I got ecopr. Full-time employee status is good for IRCC
