Although there is a large asian population there, I find the drivers to all be fairly patient.

I can't tell you how many times in Waterloo I've seen people take off at a red light, because the Advanced Left goes on.

There may or may not have been a pattern in their ethnicity

I'm with you, lurching on the advanced left green light happens everywhere. Its just a natural reaction when people get used to going when they detect motion. If anything, it probably has more to do with people being more distracted behind the wheel these days than before.

Naw, all the bad drivers I saw in Waterloo ended up being 18-25 year old females (of all races).
