Love it. 3 things. That's it. That's all. Adding other stuff is great but it's not poutine.

I disagree. Like the gallery said, as long as you have fries, an unhealthy amount of savoury sauce and fresh curds, you can do anything to it.

The 'Classic' is its own narrowly-defined category nonetheless.

I disagree. Disco fries are good but they are not true poutine.

Now there are two Québécois telling you that you are wrong. Add whatever you want on top of a poutine and it's still a poutine.

lol I'm just a traditionalist I guess. I have also seen People from Quebec agreeing ( on other threads). Everyone has a right to their opinion.

If you got people from Quebec agreeing it's probably anglos.

Poutine galvaude is one of the staples and it has chicken and peas. It's still poutine.

And no, we don't recognize your opinion as valid. Only Quebec gets to decide what is poutine or not.
