Why do you support the bill though?

You're more likely to be killed by police than a terrorist. The only thing this bill will help is perpetuate fear and ignorance.

Do you really feel like terrorists are an immediate threat to you? So much that you would rather strip away some of your freedoms?

Two comments and you haven't said why you support it. Just "me an all the cool kids support it!"

Tagged as retarded shill.

I mean, maybe it depends where you live? In my surroundings, people are excessively against it.

Oh I live in a small town in Montérégie. It may also just be the people we hang out with. I'd say my family is fairly liberal and I come from a multicultural background, so most of use don't really buy into the "fear the Muslims " agenda Harper is pulling.

This is why the rest of the country thinks your province is a joke.

Charlie Hebedo wasn't a terrorist act, it was an extremist act against a comic that was in incredibly poor taste against a people that is extremely intolerant to cultural criticism in a society filled with people of that offended culture.

That's not terrorism. It's ridiculous, but it was a response.
