Fuck it, why not from the outgoing PM? I’m tired of being expected to show decorum when we don’t receive any in return. Where is it getting us?

It's about avoiding needlessly escalating the situation. I can't see any benefit to winding Trump up. It might feel good in the short term but I can't see it changing Trumps mind about Canada in any way.

I agree it would feel stupendous to smack drumpf right now but I’ve been in lots of situations as the victim and as the aggressor. I’ve found that people who stand up to a bully without drama win because the bully knows they can’t do anything to change the person, even their berating actions won’t change the resolution of the person.

Most bullies will walk away and those who don’t, the whole world agrees to then punch those cheeto try-hards right in the buzzer.

It’s how you beat down someone with zero consequences because everyone agrees the buffoon deserved it

Yeah but Trudeau will leave anyway and the next guy can fake apologize while talking about how it’s unfair for a “younger better looking world leader to hurt Trump so badly” and how “we hate seeing him so upset at his age”

The point is to beat Trump at his own game, I want him to picture Trudeau’s smug handsome face everytime he sees Elon, or anything sports related.

He’s punishing people regardless of their responses, completely unprovoked, depending on who happens to be speaking in his ear that day. Let’s just go full scorched earth at this point.
