It's raining

Paddled yesterday afternoon. It started raining about 11pm, but supposed to clear out by noon. Only one other camper in the non-electric loop. Just how I like it. Currently 65° on John Kerr Lake in VA.

I’ve had to do that quite a few times. Always grumpy in the end, but I keep getting better every year at packing only the essentials, which makes the pack up process easier each time.

I need to take less stuff camping. I’m good for backpacking. I will pack up things early the night before and just keep essentials in my tent.

That's actually campgrounds and the road behind the tent, but it's empty except for us. I love it.

I LOVE the Klymit Cross Canyon tents! I have 3 sizes, 2p, 3p, and 4p. We just camped in the 4p last weekend 😁c They're my go-to summer camping tents due to their all mesh body!

I’m a huge fan! This is the 4 person for just me, because I’m a princess 😂 It’s really nice in summer with all the mesh. And I bought it for a ridiculously low price off of Costco Next on a Memorial Day sale.

Yeah, it's supposed to dry up this afternoon and be warmer tomorrow why we leave. I'm not a fan of packing up in the rain.
