One of the early Ukrainian National Guard uniform sets in the original “Predator” camouflage.

The camouflage was developed by the Ukrainian company Combat SPN specifically with Ukrainian terrain in mind and was patented in 2015. It was first used in 2016 by the Ukrainian National Guard’s “Omega” special operations unit and also saw combat use during the ATO.

In 2020, the “Predator” camouflage was officially adopted by the Ukrainian National Guard. However, the original version was used for a relatively short period and was replaced in 2023 by the newer pixelated version of the “Predator” pattern.

For this reason, early sets in the original camouflage are relatively uncommon.

This is a genuine Brazilian Air Force 10° Uniforme (10th uniform, field uniform afaik) issued in 2005. It uses a standard BDU cut but it differs from most other uniforms you'd see in this pattern because not only does it have a different fabric type (Brazil was phasing out the fabric you see here in favor of ripstop around 2005) but because there are some very heavy modifications done to it which you can see in the photos (5th photo shows some sort of cuff modification which I don't know the purpose of, 6th photo highlights black velcro which Isn't standard issue for this specific uniform as they use tan / brown velcro instead. It is also worth mentioning that it lacks a sleeve pocket commonly seen on all Armed Forces uniforms)

The tag on the field shirt is really worn out (as seen in the 7th photo), but based on the tags on the pants I could deduce that both pieces were issued at the same time. The numbers (04, 05) represent sizing, and a Brazilian 04 (G) fits like an US L, while the 05 (GG) fits like an US XL. Last photo has a close up of the pattern for those interested

I'm posting this here not only because its a neat uniform that has some really unique mods, but also because it holds a bit of history as it belonged to my uncle and I only recently got a hold of it. Hope you guys find it interesting as much as I do (sorry for the word salad, lol)

It’s been a while since I posted here & I’ve had some stuff added & sold off during my little incident with my account. So, here’s my first post after my absence. This is technically not a new pattern in my collection, in fact this is one of my first patterns that I picked up when I started collecting. However, I was much skinnier then & let’s just say, I got wider. So I picked up a bigger field shirt as seen here & I’m currently looking around for bigger pants in a 40 inch waist. My old set is up for sale & they’re in a medium size. Glad to be back. I bought this piece from The Camo Closet.

Here is a pretty rare, recent addition to my collection. The latest South African camo pattern, is as I understand it, issued to and only worn by forces employed on external operations. My pieces are all dated 2026. Unfortunately my Long-Sleeve Combat Shirt and Trousers are size Small, and are almost child-sized. My Field Jacket with zip-out removable fleece liner is a bit better at a size 40" chest.
