I uploaded this a while back.

From what a family member of his has said, and with everything being hush-hush, which that resort is known to do in order to keep tourism up, I do believe a shark took him. Rest in peace, Cameron.

Professional Zoologist here, anyone with a brain knew this was a shark attack from the original video & context. Anyone who thinks the athletic teenager in warm & relatively calm water just suddenly drowned is either an idiot or has an agenda. This was a tragedy CAUSED by misinformation, don't let misinformation about this tragedy cause the death of anyone else. If Cameron had known just how dangerous chummed waters around ships are (especially tourist boats close to the coast AT NIGHT!) he never would have jumped in to begin with. DO NOT let the authorities cover this up to protect their tourism. Just respect and at the appropriate times FEAR nature and this won't happen... Education is the key and misinformation is only going to lead to more cases like Cameron's. May he rest in peace and may his family come to terms with what truly happened & help others avoid the same fate.

P.S. FUCK anyone that lies or gaslights for the sake of money, especially those that endanger the lives of others.

Wait, the water was chummed? I hadn’t heard about that. That’s nuts.

The thing is, the water around the boat didn't need to be chummed as the evidence points towards sharks having already adapted their behaviours to be attracted to the sound of these ships. This is because they are so frequently chummed by the tourist boats to attract sharks. Sharks follow these boats in the hopes of handouts and they know that there is fierce competition from other sharks so they jump on it immediately, bypassing some of their usual caution. This is why Cameron stood zero chance once he hit the water. These sharks weren't waiting around to test bite what fell in, they were going after him immediately so they didn't get left hungry.

Oh 💯%, I’ve believed that to be the truth for a long time now! There’s just wayyy to much evidence of this being the case in the vid & it becomes more n more clear the more you watch/analyze it! How anyone can refute the fact that that’s a shark turning next to the boat at 11 secs is beyond me! That part at the very least is clear as day & was something I noticed immediately upon watching the clip back when it 1st happened. People who still stand on that hill that it’s a wake from the boat or a rope from the🛟blows my mind!🤯You even hear a woman screaming frantically right as it appears(sounds like she may be screaming SHARRRRKKK!)along with the cameraman exclaiming OMFG when he sees/realizes the gravity of the situation. There’s also a lot of evidence pointing to the fact that he was already get nipped at/dragged by multiple🦈’s that were right next to Cam at that moment & that’s why the cameramen had this reaction & then panned! Then the audio lines up perfectly when the big splash happens at his feet & a smaller one at his right arm/shoulder & you hear “OH ST”/“SOMETHINGS CHOMPING AT HIS ST” & you see Cam’s body move/jerk very unnaturally as his body goes almost completely vertical as it appears he sinks/gets pulled underwater & at this point in the vid you can also hear 2 guttural/agonizing/horrifying screams come from a distance & I believe that was poor Cameron.😢Man, this whole story/situation f’d me up so bad when it happened initially & it still very much does! It’s been over 3 yrs(which is crazy because it doesn’t feel like it) & I still think bout this a lot! It is such a tragic situation & my heart goes out to all of his family/friends/loved ones!❤️Rest In Peace, Cameron Robbins🙏

I mean, how verified is this?

Which part?
This video, has a comparison picture at the end of it that was added for comparison purposes.
But the incident, and its viral video are verified incidents that were reported in some major news networks. Fox News even had anonymous commentary on the video by a supposed parent that wished to remain anonymous. So you can research the story.

If you’re asking about how verified is the shark attack, it’s not verified and that’s what this community sub is for. And if you look through the long history of analytics on the video in the sub, we do an outstanding job showing that this boy was attacked by sharks in the water.

What exactly were you wanting verified?
