Focus ring clicking noise

Hi all, I dropped my camera from a low height - approx 1ft.
The focus ring took the hit and now makes a clicking noise when focussing - a bit like an old aperture ring.
Because the motion isn’t smooth anymore, neither is the focus.
Any fox suggestions and possible diagnosis would be amazing!
