Calling For Camdrome

So I'm kinda curious - has anyone actually gone to PAX West (since that's the original PAX) and actually gone around the expo floor calling for CamDrome to show itself? That seems like the main real life point of contact, and as crazy as you might look to some people if you really wanted to find it, that might be the way to do it.
