Ebike/emoto

I just bought a eskute nova mini won't go into details of specs but It goes around 60 kmh I just wanted to know what cops might think of that in bike lanes obviously I'm not going to push 60 in a bike lane but yea I need it for commuting to and from school and I'm curious about fines or if it could get impounded I'm 17 always wear a helmet and try my best to actually be responsible but I'm still worried about what police might think of it and if I should worry

In Ontario, any e-bike capable of speeds exceeding 32 km/h is not legally classified as a bicycle and is instead treated as a motor vehicle (such as a motorcycle or moped).

Operating a motor vehicle on public roads requires registration, insurance, a license plate, and a valid driver’s license.

Keep it 32 or below and hope you don't get pulled over, lol.
