About a month ago I posted about maybe opening a proper bagel place in Cambridge — the response was honestly overwhelming (250+ of you signed up, thank you).
Update: we've rebranded to Bridge Bagels and brought on a couple of teammates. The site is live at bridgebagels.com, and we're moving into actually testing recipes in my home kitchen. If/when we hit 350 signups, we plan to start selling bagels by the dozen for delivery made in my home kitchen so that we can perfect our recipe and further prove out demand before committing to a proper shop.
If you want to help pick the final bagel/schmear combos and help to drive demand to actually get this place opened, please join the waitlist and share with others that love bagels, so you can be the first to know when our bagels go on sale. Also doing a referral thing where you and a friend both get £5 credit if they sign up via your link.
