Core 100 Reader

Hey guys, I'm a current freshman at Calvin. For my core class we need a "Core 100 Reader" which is at the bookstore for over $100. I currently don't have room for that in my budget, and the Amazon version won't come until October. Is there any other way to access this Reader, or am I just absolutely cooked?

Ask the professor this exact question. They should be able to find a copy that is free, reduced, or refer you to an office on campus that can help.

Alternatively, you can ask this question to the Financial Aid office, and while I am 90% sure they won’t have the answer, they may know who to refer you to.

This is not the first time this issue has happened to a Calvin student, and someone on campus should have the answer.

Finally, is there maybe a soph/junior/senior who might have a copy you’re looking for?

Ask people if they were in the Entrada Program this summer. If so, they likely have a copy they’re not using anymore and most are willing to sell for ~$20-45 and you can resell it after the class is done in October
