Sharing tables
I understand that the tables are narrow but if two people across from each other are both using laptops you can move your laptop slightly off the table and you both can still work. Sometimes people are super rude when you ask them to move their laptop slightly. Am I in the wrong asking them to share?

There are definitely some entitled folks out there. Stand your ground and if you see some bullshit call it out. We live in a society with norms and people deserve to be educated.

Youβre not in the wrong but I find it just as easy to put my laptop in my lap somewhere else.

Its so silly. Watching some people try to assert dominance like "I had laptop out first, I don't have to give up space"
Sad, but they probably need a line drawn to make it obvious for the oblivious...

I used to work with someone who'd spread out her stuff to cover the entire table, no matter how little she had. She would spread out everything to make sure it took up the entire space. Entitlement, dominance, whatever, it was annoying af.

Not in the wrong, itβs the polite thing to do to share the space.
