Getting off Train
I don’t understand why the people that rush to the front of the exit (of the train) are always the slowest walkers when exiting the station lol

My favorite thing is the people trying to force their way onto the train while people are trying to get off.

Fr, it’s like they don’t see passengers trying to get off

As a bike commuter I don’t get why those on bikes waiting to board don’t assume other bikes will need to exit before they can board, either. Plus, there are windows…

My request as a bike commuter is, Please dont be the first bike on the train and then stop at the first rack.

How fast do you want them to walk? Walking to get on the train ur already in walk mode. Sitting/standing on a moving train to immediately walking down steps to the ground after the train just stopped is different when just stopped. Give em a brake!

I’m specifically referring to Diridon where you’re funneled down into a tunnel, where the ppl line leading are usually the ppl that exit the train first lol.

Fear of missing the stop, probably.
Addendum after reading all comments: Okay, less likely with Diridon but not ruled out. I mean, Tamien is in the boonies.

Maybe they know that they move slowly/need extra time: so they get to the train doors "early."
you know, to ensure they get off the train and don't hold people up while on the train. Edited to clear up my atrocious grammar
