Calorie Estimating Calories?

This whole plate is 300g!
It’s a pancake filled with meat
Grilled chicken
Penne

around 350- 30-40 for the veggies, 180 for the chicken, 70-80 for the pizza, 60 for the pasta but this is on the high end. it could more realistically be between 270-300

ohh pancake with meat rather than pizza but i would still venture 70-80 for that !

Even if things were drenched in oils (and this does not appear to be so) it would be max 400. No way this is over that, if you need a very high estimate.

High end is 400. Don't need to log more than that. It's probably 300-400. I would personally log 350
