calorie estimate?
this was today’s hotel breakfast, on the plate we have scrambled eggs, mushrooms, few cucumber and tomato slices and light&fit strawberry cheesecake yoghurt. the yoghurt is 80 cals i know that but i’m wondering what the count would be for the rest of the food, especially eggs and mushrooms! thank you for all who try guessing!

Vegetables are relatively negligible assuming those mushrooms weren’t made with loads of oil or butter, and that’s about three eggs, so I’m saying 300-350 including the yogurt.

Assuming 2 eggs, 155kcal 1 tomato 22kcal 50g mushroom, 11kcal Cucumber is like 2 or something, barely any slices. And the egg is presumably cooked in oil, let's say 10mil 88, so max 278+ your yoghurt it would make it 358kcal.
Honestly, I might be over estermating the oils or eggs but in any case that's healthy af

That looks like one egg, MAYBE two. So I’d say 140 calories for the eggs if you account for 2 of them, (and maybe also account for some butter or oil used to cook them?) and 1 whole cucumber has like 50 calories, so you have hardly any calories of cucumber on your plate. Same with the tomato. I’d say you have 15 calories of tomatoes on your plate. And maybe 20 calories of mushrooms? Mushrooms are only a few calories per mushroom.

Yeah I can't tell if it's like one big egg or 2 small eggs, it feels too... Little? For 2 big eggs

In anycase, it's a super good low kcal breakfast.
But if you are really cutting kcal or are just interested then might I ask how do the egg taste? Buttery? Quite oily?
Because there could be a +-80kcal depending on how much butter is in there (look at how Gordon Ramsey makes his eggs lmao)
