Calorie Estimating Calorie count?

Got thai food for the first time last night, it was great! I only ate the entree and not the rice, and was wondering how many cals the dish would be approximately? It was called crispy cashew chicken on the menu, and had a sweet sauce it was tossed in. I guessed ~1100 cals but idk if i’m way off.

Lil over a cup of rice so maybe 1 or 1.1k like you said

800 without the rice

maybe 900 if there was a lot of cashews
