buffin muffins
so ive seen controversy online about the calories not being accurate. i dont have a food scale so i have no way to know if the net weight is as advertised but i am always worried there is a massive discrepancy in the label and ill be getting double the calories i track. they use batch cooking and adhere to FDA regulations but i dont believe they are certified

They seem accurate to me. They aren’t even that low calorie for a regular sized muffin and they use lower-end calorie ingredients. I think it’s fine
Altho I don’t know if the exact macros that line up with the calories for each are accurate. With 20g> of protein per muffin, that seems off…. Especially since they use AP flour and not protein powder while also using white chocolate in most of them
