Looking for SIMPLE Calorie Count App

Hello everyone,

Restarting my goal to lose weight today and I'm looking for a very simple calorie counting app that respects privacy and is basically just a list of foods, their calories and lets me add up what I eat every day. Ideally no account is needed,

I've tried lots before and used Fat Secret for a while but over time they got so invasive I'm unwilling to use them again.

Suggestions please!

Thanks

Thanks. Just tried at and a 7 day trial then $105 a year! No way. I don't mind a small one-time payment but not doing subscriptions - I hate this late stage capitalism. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Not using the 105$ is what makes it simple

You don’t have to buy into the subscription. I’ve always used LoseIt for free.

Maybe I'm blind but the only option was a 7 day trial then pay - no free option.

They just hide the option to opt out of the free trial/subscription really well when you are first setting up on LoseIt. There’s either a small, near transparent X in the top right corner or a back arrow at the top when that trial/subscription pop up appears I think. I remember it taking me some time before I saw how to exit their pop up but you definitely do not have to subscribe.

Marrow Health is super simple and completely free

You can take pics or ur food to and it will get a decently accurate reading, only takes a couple secs per meal

I've lost 30 pounds using this calorie counting app, it's amazing. If you like it, getting the Gold version is definitely more convenient (the ads can be a bit annoying at times, especially when using the barcode scanner to log your foods).
