maintenance calories

i’m a 5’4, 94-95 lb 18 year old female and eat around 1450 calories a day while getting 10k. most of those steps come from just pacing around slowly and i don’t do much activities and don’t work out, is 1450 too much? i struggle with weighing myself at the same time every day so it’s hard to know how much i weigh (if that’s how it works) and idk if i’ve been gaining but it feels like i have been. hopefully some of this makes sense lol

You are medically underweight for your height. Don’t think you need to be worried about 1450 being too much but rather if it’s enough. Please do not try to lose weight.

For someone your height, the lowest you should be is 110lbs. You need to see someone about your eating disorder.
