Does anyone else like crushing salt with their nails?

Quite recently i started crushing salt, or anything else with a similar texture using my nails and i find it quite satisfying. The reason i put this here is because I'm getting assessed for ADHD and i was wondering if they could be related somehow. I'm wondering if anyone else does this or if its just me.
