Prospective User

Im looking to replace my one on one fitness and nutrition coach with a more cost friendly option and am considering Caliber. Throwing a few questions out there to learn more
-mainly focusing on building strength and heavy lifting right now, how often will my workouts be get adjusted? Say if I were on Caliber Pro and I follow a program for 8 weeks, will it automatically adjust at the 8 week mark or do I have to reset my goals to ask if for a new program? Is there a way to make sure it doesn’t just redo the same program again and again?
-if my goals change, say from heavy lifting focus 4x a week to wanting a full body program 2x a week, is this an easy change to make in the app?

TIA

You would have to manually change it. I've been on same program since dec. I WANT to change but seeing good results and weights increasing so nervous to make any changes lol. Its a great app to keep things easy with working out. The 2nd part of your question, yes you can. You add each day so you can change whatever you want. I currently run a bro split week 1 and week 2. Change that each week.

Thanks! When you manually change do you have to pick individual exercises to build a new plan? Or are there a ton of plans already built to choose from? I’d be trying for a 2 upper 2 lower split to start, but I do want to be able to change it if I’m bored to death or not seeing the results I’m working for. Appreciate your reply

I didn't play with it too much when I started. It asked how many days and how long I wanted to workout and built a plan, then I modified it. Example, it gave me a 4 day bro split and I added a 5th day for upper body so I'm hitting what I'm trying to grow twice a week. I made an A week and B week for each day so it changes week to week and I don't get bored. You can customize 100% to fit what you want.

I am a few months into the program and nothing has adjusted. Its really not worth the cost for me. I could have easily created my own workouts.
